     What You Need to Do:
Please complete the form using the link below and upload a clear photo/screenshot showing your 3,500 Volume Points during the qualifying period.

        •    The image must clearly show your name or Herbalife ID, volume points, and qualifying period
    •    Submissions without valid proof may result in loss of VIP access
    •    Deadline to submit: January 26, 2026
